Overview
Loom has redefined team communication for the async era by making it faster to record a short video than to type a long explanation. The tool sits in your browser toolbar or desktop app, ready to capture your screen, camera, or both in seconds. The AI layer transforms recordings into a full communications package: automatic transcripts, AI-generated titles and chapter markers, and a summary that lets time-pressed viewers get the key points without watching the whole thing. For remote teams, Loom eliminates the need for dozens of small status meetings while ensuring complex ideas are communicated with the richness and nuance that text often loses.
